Balancing different stakeholders’ opinions is always Bernard’s job, and the hardest one. He always receives polarised feedback regarding the work of the HKSAR Government. We are impressed by how he makes decisions that would bring out the best in society. Listening to diverse voices serves lots of good but no single policy, project or program can please everyone. Going forward, the future is in the hands of our youth. Their critical thinking skill, empathy, and leadership skill are the key.
