The Melo Program

Empowering Futuremakers for Positive Impact

How we started

Melo is the most precious pearl in the world.  We believe our new generation is most precious, especially in their roles for the Pearl of Orient – Hong Kong.

Our four Founders, each coming from a different background, started with the belief that the next generation should not feel marginalized. They are the most exciting generation.

There should be and can be a much more impactful and creative program for youth empowerment.

By having our next generation and leading CEOs engaging directly and doing something positive for the society, there can be a unique chemistry that can inspire hope, renew trust and have a positive impact.

Our Purpose

Empowering our new generation for positive impact in the society

Youth engaging directly with leading CEOs, driving “business-as-a-force-for-good”

Building a basis of trust between generations through authentic exchanges

Empowering a new generation of leaders for positive impact in the society
