About the Co-Creation
Have you ever felt like your academic education isn't enough to prepare you for the real world? You're not alone. Many students struggle with the transition from school to work, especially those who don't have access to the same opportunities and resources as their peers. That's where the Opportunity Bank Project developed by the D. H. Chen Foundation comes in. Researched by the team of Fellows, including Beatrice Chan, Hugo Leung, Jovy Yu, and Leon Cheng, this initiative aims to empower "forgotten" teens by providing them with authentic learning experiences, mentorship, job opportunities, and more. Through meaningful discussions with industry experts, the team has created a vision for a future where every student has the chance to explore their capacities and tap into their interests and passions. We can’t wait to see how this project could be the first step towards youth empowerment.
