About the Co-Creation
Our co-creation project emphasized on poverty and income inequality. To alleviate the phenomenon of moonlight clan and working poor among youth in Hong Kong, we dug deep into the root causes of youth poverty and found that nurturing healthy spending habits and planning budgets among youth is the key to address this social issue.

Social Impact
One of the key takeaways is that success should not be solely determined by results. As the saying goes, “a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step”, the past six months have equipped us for our future journey with experiences and fruitful advices.

About the Co-Creation
To promote the message of workplace inclusion, we produced a 5-minute documentary video showcasing the situation of a cerebral palsy patient in his workplace. Despite his disability and difficulty in conveying clear day-to-day messages with co-workers, he could still assume the role of a project manager and achieve outstanding performance.

Social Impact
We broadcasted the final version of the documentary during the Melo graduation ceremony to amplify the awareness of workplace inclusion. All of our fellows were touched by the story of "Abilities Can Overcome Disabilities." We should not underestimate the performance of an SEN employee, while in most cases, we should treat and support them like every one another.

About the Co-Creation
Our co-creation project is about bringing happiness through food to the community. Of course, food that tastes and looks delicious makes us feel good, but it’s even better when those foods and ingredients are nutritious and brings happiness to the brain.

Social Impact
A great takeaway from the project is the idea of food being our fuel. We can always hear “we will become what we eat”. This doesn’t only relate to our physical health, but our mental health as well as the right foods and ingredients can stimulate our brain to bring more positive feelings.

About the Co-Creation
In the first half of 2021, we collaborate with Project Melo and McDonalds Hong Kong to co-create a B2B2C project on the theme climate change. She has taught us many professional marketing and ESG knowledge to add on our original ideas.

Social Impact
McDonald's Hong Kong having a huge segment of young customers, especially children, our goal is to educate them on the awareness of climate action. We designed some daily micro-tasks that people were not aware of, but can create a significant impact when a crowd do together and accumulate. Our children’s book has published in July summer accompanied with the launch of a 21-days challenge campaign. We also explained our vision and mission on a mini-site in details.
